Providing advice on the company's products and services. Processing customer requests and complaints. Maintaining call reporting. Processing orders and providing customer support at all stages. Resolving disputes and finding optimal solutions. Requirements: Russian is required (advanced) Excellent communication skills. The ability to work in a team and with clients.
