Furthermore, the conducted inquiry revealed that the credit in question was issued in the name of citizen M.F.All documents related to the credit issued in the name of citizen M.F. were duly executed and processed in full compliance with the requirements of the applicable legislation.Pursuant to Article 29 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Appeals of Individuals and Legal Entities,” appeals submitted through a representative are subject to consideration only upon the submission of appropriate authorization documents (power of attorney). In this case, no such documents were provided.Based on the above, it is hereby stated that should an officially executed power of attorney be submitted in the future in accordance with the procedure established by law, information regarding the issued credit may be provided on lawful grounds.In this regard, it has been concluded that there are no legal grounds to consider this appeal on its merits within the framework of the legislation, and that the requirements of Article 29 of the said Law should be applied. The signing ceremony took place in London, UK on 14th May 2025, during the 34th EBRD Annual Meeting and Business Forum.
