On February 17, 2026, a citizen visited the “Moliya” BSC and received full and comprehensive answers to all questions raised. The process was carried out in accordance with the bank’s internal regulations and applicable normative documents.
The information presented in the video circulated on social media has been carefully reviewed. It has been determined that certain statements do not correspond to the actual facts. An internal review confirmed that no violations of established procedures occurred during the consideration of the loan application.
The Bank is ready to additionally re-examine the citizen’s appeal. The final decision will be made in accordance with applicable legislation and the Bank’s internal policies.
