With regard to the video appeal posted on the TikTok platform

the following is hereby reported.
The said video appeal was submitted by citizen N.M. and was reviewed promptly and in accordance with the established procedure.
As a result of the review, it was determined that there are no contractual relations between citizen N.M. and the bank. Furthermore, the conducted inquiry revealed that the credit in question was issued in the name of citizen M.F.
All documents related to the credit issued in the name of citizen M.F. were duly executed and processed in full compliance with the requirements of the applicable legislation.
Pursuant to Article 29 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Appeals of Individuals and Legal Entities,” appeals submitted through a representative are subject to consideration only upon the submission of appropriate authorization documents (power of attorney). In this case, no such documents were provided.
Based on the above, it is hereby stated that should an officially executed power of attorney be submitted in the future in accordance with the procedure established by law, information regarding the issued credit may be provided on lawful grounds.
In this regard, it has been concluded that there are no legal grounds to consider this appeal on its merits within the framework of the legislation, and that the requirements of Article 29 of the said Law should be applied. This confirms that the bank has strictly complied with the requirements of the applicable legislation.
