Today, combating corruption is one of the most pressing issues not only for JSCB “Davr Bank” but also across the Republic as a whole. In recent years, the Bank has adopted conceptually significant internal regulatory documents and implemented comprehensive measures aimed at preventing corruption.
In particular, the Bank regularly conducts direct meetings and dialogues with clients, as well as anonymous surveys. The results are carefully analyzed and continuously monitored.
The establishment of an environment of zero tolerance towards corruption is ensured through the broad involvement of Bank employees. In all structural divisions of the Bank — including the Head Office, branches, and Banking Service Centers — employees annually submit conflict-of-interest declarations. Additionally, anonymous surveys and electronic testing are conducted on a quarterly basis to assess employees’ knowledge of anti-corruption legislation and internal regulatory documents.
To receive complaints, proposals, and feedback from clients and the public regarding the Bank’s activities, dedicated communication channels via social media and telephone hotlines have been established.
To ensure transparency in the process of granting loans to legal entities and individuals, several stages of the lending process are being automated. Furthermore, when a loan is granted, employees of the Anti-Corruption Department regularly conduct telephone surveys with borrowers to confirm the absence of corrupt practices.
The Head of the Anti-Corruption Department also conducts outreach meetings and discussions in local communities and on the Bank’s premises with the participation of citizens, public representatives, and Bank employees. During these events, the Bank’s anti-corruption policy and internal control mechanisms are presented, the procedure for handling complaints is explained in detail, and participants’ questions are answered openly. These activities contribute to enhancing transparency and strengthening public trust in the Bank.
In cooperation with the Human Resources Department, all job candidates undergo thorough background checks. Information is verified through relevant systems, and recruitment is conducted transparently based on established criteria. Candidate selection and evaluation are carried out in accordance with the principles of openness and impartiality. To ensure equal opportunities and foster a healthy competitive environment, information on vacant positions and qualification requirements is published on the Bank’s official website “davrbank.uz” and on the specialized HeadHunter (hh.uz) platform.
JSCB “Davr Bank” will continue to consistently implement measures aimed at preventing corruption, identifying and eliminating conditions that may give rise to corrupt practices, and fostering a culture of zero tolerance toward corruption. The Bank supports the active participation and initiatives of its clients and employees in ensuring effective anti-corruption efforts and the early prevention of corruption-related risks.
