Furthermore, the conducted inquiry revealed that the credit in question was issued in the name of citizen M.F.All documents related to the credit issued in the name of citizen M.F. were duly executed and processed in full compliance with the requirements of the applicable legislation.Pursuant to Article 29 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Appeals of Individuals and Legal Entities,” appeals submitted through a representative are subject to consideration only upon the submission of appropriate authorization documents (power of attorney). The loan facility bears a maturity of 4 years and is aimed at financing SME Sub-Loans, Women Sub-borrowers and Youth Sub-borrowers, and Eligible Green Projects. The signing ceremony took place in London, UK on 14th May 2025, during the 34th EBRD Annual Meeting and Business Forum.
